good service, even though a few employees were very impolite. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, i thoroughly enjoyed reasonably priced and spacious room.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional, with affordable prices for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail is evident throughout the well-maintained and clean premises. The staff, while a few can improve, are generally helpful and friendly. The location, though a bit far from South Mumbai, is excellent and conveniently close to the metro. The spacious rooms, complete with a sitting area and TV, are well-furnished with a large, contemporary bathroom that includes a separate shower and bath. The overall experience was up to expectations, with a superb ambiance reminiscent of a holiday inn, minus a few limited breakfast options.

The hotel even surprised us with complimentary packed sandwiches and water bottles for our journey. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a jaw-dropping luxury bathroom. The location was perfect for the airport and the hotel offered reliable transfers. We were treated as highly valued guests and would definitely re-book this top-notch hotel.

The breakfast at Residency Andheri was fantastic. They had a great variety of delicious food options and the service in the restaurant was exceptional. I really enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good WIFI, making my stay convenient. The location of the hotel, right on the Western Expressway, was perfect for easy access to cabs and the metro. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness. Good Toilet & Bathroom made of glass partitions gives feeling that room is spacious. Location is quite near to airports especially convenient to catch early morning flights. Taxi & auto rickshaw available quite near.

This hotel should give room at single occupancy rate also.

We tried some restaurants, including Mahesh Lunch Home, which had high-quality cuisine. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Andheri subway station. The neighborhood of Bandra Kurla Complex is definitely worth exploring.

Appreciated the way our club double room was arranged.

I liked the most the indoors atmosphere, the curtesy of the front office staff. Excellent value for the money and proximity to a train station (Andheri train station is at a 10 min drive from the hotel) and the airport (another short drive but mind it was very early in the morning when the city was still asleep) were the factors that made us book it and we didnt regret it.

Everything was fine and met my expectations.

After 5 weeks in India, this hotel was a wellcoming turn in the comodity. Clean and almost luxurious, we felt happy to relax in the clean sheets and the clean bathroom. Its quiet (i mean it would have been, if not the noise from inside).

We didn't like the fact that you can not open any window, thus the only "fresh" air comes through the AC. They were (sep 2010 ) building a new elevator - means terrible noise (drilling, hammering,etc.). It was not possible to get any rest in the afternoon and not even in the evening. I had to call the reception three (3) times to finally get some peace at 22:00 o'clock(!) If you reach a right staff member they will certainly help, but some of them didn't seemingly do anything to solve the problem and even gave us the wrong information about the daily duration of the works. You think they gave us some discount for this? Not a penny on the room charge. Luckily there was a right person near the desktop, thus we got a ride to the airport...
